These positions typically use phone, email, or online platforms to communicate with clients and negotiate payment arrangements. Remote collections agents must have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage sensitive information and adhere to relevant laws. Training class starts Wednesday,ย 9/23/2026. You must live in the Jacksonville area.

Weekends and paid holidays off, with a schedule youโ€™ll know in advance. Interested?

We hire people from retail, restaurants, and customer service into full-time careers with a fixed schedule, paid holidays, paid time off, real benefits, and a monthly bonus you control.

What Our Agents Actually Earn

Weโ€™d rather show you real numbers than say โ€œcompetitive payโ€

  • First 6 months:ย averageย $3,500+/monthย total pay (base + bonus) โ€” aboutย $20/hour
  • At 1 year:ย averageย $4,000+/monthย โ€” aboutย $23.50/hour
  • Starting base:ย $16โ€“18/hour,ย plus a $0.50 raise when you finish training

These are historical averages, not a guarantee โ€” pay depends on your performance.

You Don't Need Experience in This Industry

Most of our best agents had none when they started. They came from store floors, restaurant shifts, and service counters โ€” jobs that teach you to stay calm with a frustrated customer and explain things clearly under pressure. Thatโ€™s the skill. We teach the rest, and we pay you while you learn it.

Paid training:ย 4 weeks, full-time.

A Schedule You Can Plan Your Life Around

  • Training:ย Mondayโ€“Friday, 9AMโ€“6PM.
  • After that:ย Mondayโ€“Friday, 9AMโ€“6PM, plus one evening shift a week (12PMโ€“9PM).

Thatโ€™s it, and youโ€™ll know it weeks ahead. No closing at 11 and opening at 6. No getting sent home early when itโ€™s slow. No working Thanksgiving, Christmas, or the Fourth of July โ€” weโ€™re closed, and youโ€™re paid.

The Benefits You've Been Working Without

  • Health โ€”ย medical, dental, and vision insurance; HSA and FSA; free confidential counseling through our employee assistance program.
  • Financial security โ€”ย 401(k), company-paid life and AD&D insurance, disability insurance.
  • Time off โ€”ย 8 paid holidays, plus paid vacation and sick time (16 days a year for your first 3 years).
  • Also โ€”ย referral bonuses when you bring good people with you, and we supply all your equipment.

What You'll Do

  • Take and make phone calls with customers. (Outbound and Inbound)
  • Listen to someoneโ€™s situation and figure out what they can realistically afford.
  • Walk them through their options and set up a plan that works.
  • Document conversations accurately.
  • Follow the consumer-protection rules that govern this work โ€” a major focus of your first four weeks, and we train you on all of it.
  • Work on camera for your entire shift

Some calls are easy. Some are hard. The people who do well here stay steady either way.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • You can hold a clear, confident conversation with a stranger.
  • Comfortable with basic math โ€” mostly percentages.
  • Reliable high-speed internet.
  • Fluent in Spanish?ย Thatโ€™s a plus!
