This role involves contacting consumers, utilizing skip tracing to locate hard-to-reach individuals, and ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while delivering professional and customer-focused experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with consumers and authorized third parties
  • Negotiate payments, settlements, and repayment plans

  • Use skip tracing tools to locate consumers with outdated contact information
