Job description

Recruiting Coordinator
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a professional and driven Recruiting Coordinator to join our Columbia, TN, branch. This role is ideal for someone who delivers exceptional customer service, communicates with confidence and clarity, and demonstrates strong computer proficiency and sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and remains organized and adaptable under pressure. 

Pay Range
$20 per hour

Schedules and Hours
Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, but the ideal candidate can work 40+ hours (including overtime when needed). Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5:00 pm as needed. 

Recruiting Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities 
• Recruiting job candidates.
• Screening and interviewing applicants.
• Adequately judging the quality of an applicant for correct placement 
• Processing payroll.
• Listening to and counseling employees and applying constructive criticism.

Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements 
• Great customer service skills
• Awesome communication skills
• Computer savvy and an experienced user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License with proof of insurance
• Previous staffing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Previous inside sales and/or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
