Hawkins Parnell & Young is seeking an organized, relationship-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with 23 years of recruiting experience to join a strong HR Team.
In the role of Recruiter, you'll support hiring efforts across our offices nationwide, partnering with hiring managers to identify exceptional talent while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. In addition to recruiting, you'll play a key role in onboarding new employees, coordinating offboarding activities, and supporting various HR initiatives.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and has a passion for delivering excellent service.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage recruiting for administrative, professional staff, and attorney positions nationwide.

  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

  • Source and screen candidates.

  • Coordinate interviews and offers.

  • Support onboarding and new hire orientation.

  • Coordinate employee offboarding.

  • Maintain recruiting and HR records.

  • Assist with HR projects and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 23 years of recruiting experience.
