Recruiter/Hiring Manager
Wireless One Management - Verizon Wireless Authorized Dealer
Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 plus incentives for maintaining optimum staffing levels

Your Responsibilities:
  • Maintain headcount location to location and the ability to build a bench of candidates.
  • Work directly with our recruiting partner to maximize our overall recruiting and staffing efforts.
  • Manage the hiring platform and track candidates through the hiring process.
  • Report Staffing levels by locations on a weekly basis or as needed.
  • Conduct in-depth behavior-based interviews to confirm candidate has the required skillsets and behaviors.
  • Create login credentials and verify onboarding completion for all new hires.
  • Monitor employee retention and react accordingly.
  • Conduct exit interviews with all offboarded employees in order to identify trends that we can address to increase our retention rates.
  • Assist with New Hire Orientations.
  • Collaborate with director and location managers to improve employee retention.
  • Keep current with Federal and State employment policies that impact our associates.
Who are we looking for:
  • Must be an experienced recruiter or manager having significant experience hiring in wireless retail or retail environment. (2 to 3 years of experience preferred)
  • An understanding of the wireless retail environment would be a big plus.
  • An ability to work with others and become part of a high-performance team.
  • Has excellent communication abilities and very skilled with productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Adaptability in an environment that has continuous change.
  • Has references that are still actively employed at previous places of work.
