Arbor & Elite Homes is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to join our team located in Louisville, KY. This position will assist the procurement initiatives of our Purchasing and Production Teams. What Will You Be Doing?

Cost analysis of existing trades and potential opportunities

Generate and review purchasing data for month end reports (cost, variances, etc.)

Contractual compliance and continuance (scope of work, insurance, portal training)

Maintain vendor pricing records and facilitate approved modifications

Assist in quantity takeoff validation and consolidated summary documents

Review production release data for inconsistencies or anomalies

Support daily division operations and category management (request for information and change management)
