We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper skilled in property management for rental properties in Philadelphia, PA. Join our well-established company with a 40-year legacy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage finances for a portfolio of commercial and residential rental properties.
  • Monitor property income and expenses, including rent, late fees, and utility bills.
  • Process payables, such as taxes, mortgage payments, and vendor invoices, using specialized software (Appfolio).
  • Process receivables using the same specialized software (Appfolio).

We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized person to join our team. You will manage property expenses and handle tenant payments. Moreover, you will deliver excellent customer service to property owners and tenants by addressing their daily concerns. This role provides stability and a friendly, supportive work environment.
