The Accounts Payable Bookkeeper plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining the accuracy of our financial records related to accounts payable. Working within a medium-sized team and reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, this role ensures timely processing of invoices, payment scheduling, and thorough reconciliation using AppFolio accounting software. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support precise expense tracking and reporting functions without any travel obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Process and verify invoices accurately and promptly
  • Schedule and coordinate payments to vendors
  • Maintain detailed data entry for accounts payable transactions
