Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team in Clarksville, TN. Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices via check, ACH, or wire transfer.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain vendor files and update vendor information as needed.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices.
