Job description

Data Sync Specialist
The Data Sync Specialist reviews issues flagged as data is pushing from our bill payment systems to Energy Star. The issues are looked into by comparing what is on the providers bill to what is needed in Energy Star. Once the issue has been identified and resolved, the corrected information is pushed to Energy Star.
Responsibilities
  • Work to resolve issues that prevent data from syncing between Conservice and Energy Star Portfolio Manager
  • Utilize and interpret utility providers bills to determine the issues.
  • Work with other teams as needed at Conservice to enter and/or correct data
  • Perform data quality checks on aggregate data received from utility providers
  • Be the main point of data quality control for all data Energy Star related
  • Other data entry and data quality tasks as needed
