MISSING BILLS PROCESSOR Department: Synergy Location: Hybrid (In office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) Wage: $13.50 Performance based bonus Overview If you're looking for a chance to use your communication skills and problem-solving skills in a professional environment, then this is the job for you! Our Missing Bills Specialist ensures that utility provider bills are received in our office in a timely manner and inputs the bills into the Conservice database in order to begin processing. We value assertiveness here at Conservice, so you'll need to be dedicated to taking the initiative to resolve complications.

Responsibilities Contacting and working with utility providers over the phone and through email Utilizing Conservice software to investigate where bills might be Retrieving bills from utility providers and preparing them to be processed Preferred Skills You are detail-oriented with the purpose of achieving high accuracy You are a problem solver and enjoy getting to the bottom of problems You have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize important and urgent work You have the ability to independently analyze and reason in order to understand issues You display the ability to explain complex ideas in a professional manner You are comfortable using a computer and Microsoft Office.
