Part-Time Bookkeeper - PM Real Estate
Location: In-Office | Part-Time
About Us:
PM Real Estate is a growing rental management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants. We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Bookkeeper to join our in-office team on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Reconcile monthly bank and ledger accounts
โ€ข Record and categorize income and expenses for managed properties
โ€ข Process owner disbursements and vendor payments
โ€ข Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
โ€ข Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
โ€ข Generate financial reports as needed
โ€ข Assist with accounts payable/receivable
Qualifications:
โ€ข Experience with AppFolio property management software strongly preferred
โ€ข Bookkeeping or accounting experience required (2+ years preferred)
