This role offers the opportunity to lead a remote property management team and drive operational excellence across multiple areas of the business.
You will oversee daily workflows, support team performance, and ensure high-quality service delivery across leasing, maintenance, collections, and administrative operations.
Acting as a key connection between team members and leadership, you will provide guidance, accountability, and process improvements.
The position requires a strong understanding of residential property management, team leadership, and performance optimization.
You will play a critical role in improving occupancy rates, strengthening operational efficiency, and enhancing tenant experiences.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and supervise daily operations across leasing, collections, maintenance coordination, and administrative functions.
  • Manage and support remote team members, including leasing agents, maintenance coordinators, collections specialists, and administrative staff.
  • Ensure rental inquiries are handled promptly and effectively to maximize lead conversion opportunities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including applications, approvals, move-ins, occupancy levels, collections performance, and team productivity.
  • Oversee rental marketing activities, including property listings across platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, and other rental channels.
  • Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns to improve lead generation, visibility, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and results.
  • Review operational reports, including guest cards, applications, vacancy reports, and collections data.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Provide daily coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve workflows, occupancy, and overall team performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in apartment, multifamily, or residential property management.
  • Proven experience supervising teams across leasing, maintenance coordination, collections, and administrative operations.
  • Strong knowledge of leasing processes, rent collections, renewals, notices, delinquency management, work orders, and occupancy strategies.
  • Experience managing virtual teams and remote employees in a structured operational environment.
  • Background in property marketing and advertising, including creating and managing rental listings and campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with rental advertising platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, Craigslist, or similar tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to coach teams and drive accountability.
  • Excellent organizational and reporting abilities with attention to detail and performance tracking.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours and communicate professionally in English.
  • Availability of a quiet home office, reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps with backup), and dependable electricity with power backup.
  • Familiarity with required computer specifications, including Windows 10+, macOS Ventura or later, Intel Core i5 8th generation or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent processor, and 8 GB+ RAM.
