Job description

We are looking for a Property Management Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for financial records, AP/AR, banking, reconciliation, security deposit management, client and tenant entry, and other related tasks for our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Report analysis and findings to management team
  • All Company Banking, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Deposits, Disbursements, Check Writing, Transfer of Payments and Fees, Maintain Chart of Accounts, Correspondence with Bank Employees, Monthly Company and Client Bank Accounts Reconciliation
  • All Financial Recording in Company Software, Invoicing, Software Accounts Reconciliation, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Monthly and Annual Reporting, Budgeting, 1099 Processing, and Correspondence with Clients, Customers, Vendors, and Employees
  • Vendor Records Maintenance, Resident and Landlord Upkeep, Updating Information on Company Software, Purchasing Office Supplies, Mailing and Collecting Mail, Complying with Assigned Project Guidelines, and Process New Tenants and Owners

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Property Management Software Experience
  • Experience with Quickbooks and reporting tools
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
