Job description

L&L Property Management LLC is looking for a hardworking Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team. This role will report directly to our Senior Bookkeeper & our Managing Director.

Requirements include but not are not limited to:

  • Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Payroll Processing
  • Reconciling monthly bank statements
  • CAM Reconciliations
  • Full-Time 5 days/week in office
  • Computer Literate

Qualifications:

  • College Education is not a requirement. We are looking for a long-term, hardworking bookkeeper who is willing to learn.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not required
  • Detail oriented and a team player
