PM2CM, Inc., (Project Management to Construction Management) is a professional services company dedicated to providing Program and Project Management, Construction Management, and Project Controls services during the design and construction phase of projects. Our core expertise is in Project Controls which includes Scheduling, Cost Controls, Document Management and Controls, Budget tracking and monitoring, Estimating, Risk Analysis, Claims avoidance and Mitigation, Change Management, and Earned Value Management.

Location: Monterey Park, CA (One day working remotely)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Controls Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to support project management and control activities. This role will involve collaborating with project teams to ensure that schedules align with project objectives and facilitate effective planning, execution, and monitoring.

  • Develop, update, and manage project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to baseline and monitor progress against project schedules.
  • Conduct schedule risk assessments and monitor critical paths.
  • Prepare and distribute schedule reports to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating scheduling risks or delays.
