• Strong hands-on EcoSys EPC development and configuration experience
The candidate should have 8-10 years of hands-on experience in EcoSys EPC development, configuration, and solution delivery, with the ability to quickly understand existing EcoSys architecture, configurations, customizations, portfolios, cost controls, and integrations.
• Deep expertise in EcoSys Spreadsheets, Actions, Batches, workflows, and automation
The profile must show strong experience building and enhancing EcoSys Spreadsheets, including formulas, data sources, lookups, and performance tuning, along with developing Actions, Action Batches, scheduled jobs, workflow triggers, and automation routines
• Impact analysis, backward compatibility, and integration capability
The candidate should be able to analyze current system design, identify dependencies, assess impact before changes, perform regression/configuration reviews, ensure backward compatibility, and support REST/SOAP integrations with JSON/XML and middleware-based pipelines

• Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in EcoSys EPC development, configuration, and solution delivery.
• Extensive experience building and enhancing EcoSys Spreadsheets, including complex formulas, data sources, lookups, and performance tuning.
• Strong expertise in developing Actions, Action Batches, scheduled jobs, workflow triggers, and automation routines.
• Strong ability to quickly understand existing EcoSys architecture, configurations, and customizations - including spreadsheets, actions, batches, portfolios, cost controls, and integrations.
• Proven capability to analyze current system design, identify dependencies, and assess impact before implementing enhancements.
• Demonstrated skill in ensuring backward compatibility - validating that new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality or downstream integrations.
• Experience performing impact analysis, regression checks, and configuration reviews prior to deployment.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP integrations, JSON/XML structures, and middleware-based data pipelines.
• Experience supporting and enhancing large-scale EcoSys implementations across Capital Planning, Long Range Planning, and Forecasting functionalities - including approval workflows, Fund Transfer, Change Management, and Admin/Security modules.
Role & Responsibilities
• Define and refine EcoSys enhancement objectives by working closely with business stakeholders, analyzing user requirements, and ensuring configuration changes align with project controls and financial processes.
• Design and develop EcoSys Spreadsheets by setting expectations on layout, data sources, formulas, and performance; determine appropriate design methodologies and configuration patterns; validate spreadsheet behavior through structured testing.
• Develop and maintain Actions and Action Batches by defining triggers, conditions, transformations, and schedules; ensure automation routines run reliably across environments and support business workflows.
• Rapidly assess and understand existing EcoSys configurations, Review/Approval workflow stages, and Snapshots to support enhancements and troubleshooting.
• Conduct thorough impact analysis before implementing changes to ensure no disruption to current business processes.
