Job Title: ECOSYS Administrator/Developer
Duration: 6 months
Location: Remote (EST)
Role Overview
This role will primarily support the Project Cost Control team by troubleshooting ECOSYS data issues, maintaining configurations, and developing reporting solutions. The environment is heavily customized and built around the ECOSYS Contract Module.
Required Skills & Experience
  1. Reporting & Technical Skills
    1. Excel template-based reporting utilizing VBA code for report formatting and generation
    1. Development and support of:
      1. Cost Report Packages
        1. By WBS
        1. By Contract
      1. CAPEX Report Packages
  1. ECOSYS Functional Expertise
    1. Strong familiarity with the ECOSYS Contract Module
    2. Experience working in heavily customized ECOSYS environments
    3. Understanding of multi-model data sets, including:
      1. Cost Objects
      2. Tasks
      3. Transactions
    4. Knowledge of ECOSYS security models, specifically:
      1. Security based on Contracts and Scopes of Work
      2. Level 02 WBS designating Scope of Work
  1. Data Analytics & Troubleshooting
    1. Strong data analysis skills
    2. Ability to review, manipulate, and troubleshoot ECOSYS data
    3. Experience identifying missing or incorrect data attributes that impact reports and screens
  1. User & System Support Responsibilities
    1. Updating user security access to add Scopes of Work
    2. Creating new ECOSYS security groups as new Scopes of Work are added
    3. Creating and maintaining:
      1. WBS structures
