Payroll & HR Associate (Temp - Immediate Need)
Location: Ramsey, NJ (100% On-Site)
Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & HR Associate for an immediate temporary opportunity. This role supports payroll, expense management, and general finance operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll accurately, including tax filings and compliance
  • Calculate salesforce bonuses and final paychecks
  • Post payroll journal entries and perform account reconciliations
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities
  • Assist with audits and special projects
  • Manage Concur system (employee updates, expense processing, travel support)
  • Partner with HR on time-off tracking and employee data
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality compliance
Qualifications:
  • Payroll and accounting experience required
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
  • Experience with Concur and/or ERP systems
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
