Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Admin and Payroll Processor to join our team. This role is responsible for accurate payroll processing, maintaining company records, and providing essential administrative and communication support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task are essential. Key Responsibilities:

•        Process payroll accurately and on time

•        Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws

•        Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries

•        Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes

•        Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, scheduling, correspondence)

•        Assist with HR functions as needed


Qualifications:

•        Experience in payroll processing (QuickBooks Payroll or similar platform a plus)

•        Solid understanding of payroll and employment laws

•        Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

•        Strong communication and interpersonal skills
