Overview of the Payroll Supervisor Role

The Payroll Supervisor will oversee and manage all payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities of the Payroll Supervisor

The Payroll Supervisor will:

  • Recruit, interview, motivate, and develop both direct and indirect team members.
  • Oversee the workflow for assigned entities and manage direct reports to ensure timely completion of payroll tasks.
  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
