Join our established - and growing - organization as Kaleidoscope ABA looks for its newest addition to the team. The Patient Intake Specialist position is an integral part in Kaleidoscope ABA's mission to deliver therapeutic services to children with autism.
We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Intake Specialist to guide clients through our intake process, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from start to finish. In this role, you will educate clients about our services, verify insurance, gather required documents, and submit authorizations.
The ideal ABA Intake Specialist candidate thrives on building rapport, demonstrating integrity, empathy, and expertise in insurance regulations. Strong time management and meticulous attention to detail are essential, as you will play a crucial role in setting the foundation for successful client care.
What you will do:
>• Assist families in securing services by verifying insurance benefits, gathering intake documentation, and submitting authorizations.
>• Function as a liaison between staff and families, ensuring paperwork is current and authorizations are renewed on time.
>• Provide excellent customer service, helping clients navigate the process with confidence and clarity.
>• Maintain compliance with insurance requirements, ensuring accurate submissions and renewals.
>• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and insurance companies ensure optimum services.
>• Offer administrative support to team members as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
What you will bring to the team:
>• Ability to create good rapport with new and existing clients and to gather data efficiently and effectively.
