Job description

Patient Coordinator (Full-Time)

Location: Terre Haute, IN

This is one of the highest-volume, fastest-paced offices in our organization. It is busy. It is demanding. It can feel chaotic. If you thrive under pressure, move quickly without sacrificing accuracy, and can manage multiple patients, phones, and priorities at once, this role will energize you. If you prefer a slower, quieter, or highly structured environment, this will not be the right fit. We're seeking a seasoned front-office professional who can take ownership of the patient experience, manage the front desk, and keep operations running smoothly with minimal ongoing direction. This is not an entry-level role.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Own the Front Desk
  • Be the first and last impression for every patientset the tone, control the flow
  • Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system without falling behind
  • Check patients in and out quickly, accurately, and confidently
  • Keep the schedule moving by coordinating with clinical staff in real time
