What You'll Learn/Do:

  • Optional shadowing/exposure to dental radiography — a plus if you have interest or prior experience, but not required to start.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED (or currently pursuing).
  • Reliable, coachable, comfortable in a fast-paced clinical setting and on your feet most of the day.
  • Willingness to work toward required certification exams during the internship (e.g., NELDA — the DANB National Entry Level Dental Assistant exam).
  • Prior radiology exposure/certification is a plus, not required.

Compensation & Growth:

  • Starting pay: $11.00/hour.
  • Formal performance reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days, each with the opportunity for a pay increase based on performance.

  • Successful completion can lead to a full-time Dental Assistant role.
