At Kartini Clinic, our mission to help children and families is supported by a collaborative team of medical, nursing, therapy, and administrative professionals who work together to provide compassionate, evidence-based care. The intake process is one of the most important parts of a family's experience with our clinic and the Patient Intake Coordinator is often the very first person families speak with when seeking help for a child in crisis.

This role requires professionalism, empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain organized in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The person in this position has the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families every single day.

The Patient Intake Coordinator is responsible for coordinating incoming patient referrals, conducting intake calls, gathering and processing required patient information, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating with families and referring providers in a compassionate and efficient manner.
