As we grow, we are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Associate to help expand our footprint across the U.S.
Position Overview- 

Capstone Imaging is looking for a driven Imaging Equipment Sales representative to join our team in a commission-only role. This position is ideal for a self-starter with experience in diagnostic imaging equipment sales—or an accomplished salesperson from a related industry who is eager to learn PET/CT, MRI, and X-Ray sales.
You will be responsible for cultivating new business, building client relationships, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory. In this fully remote role, success comes with high earning potential and professional autonomy.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for PET, CT, MRI, and X-Ray equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with imaging centers, hospitals, private practices, and equipment buyers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to equipment delivery coordination.
  • Educate clients on equipment specifications, capabilities, and value propositions.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and product developments.
  • Collaborate with internal service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in imaging equipment sales (PET, CT, MRI, X-Ray, or related).
    OR
  • Strong, proven B2B sales experience with a willingness to learn imaging equipment sales (training provided).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and a self-driven attitude.
  • Comfortable with commission-only compensation structure.
Preferred:

  • Existing network of imaging centers, hospitals, or radiology professionals.
