Patient Intake Coordinator

Address: Remote but must be located in Texas ย 

Duration: 3-month contract with potential for extension or permanent hire

Pay Rate: $19-21/hr

Day-to-Day
We are seeking a Patient Intake Coordinator to join our growing team. In this remote, Texas-based role, you will serve as the first point of contact for new patients, providing exceptional customer service while guiding them through the new patient intake process.

As a Patient Intake Coordinator, you will manage a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 40โ€“50 calls per day), gather and communicate detailed patient information, and ensure each caller is directed to the appropriate department when necessary. Success in this role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently while delivering a positive patient experience.


Compensation:
$19/hr to $21/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law
