We’re looking for an experienced ABA Intake Specialist who can independently manage families from initial inquiry through onboarding.

  • Prior ABA intake experience required
  • Experience managing leads, collecting documentation, and guiding families through intake
  • Familiar with ABA terminology, autism evaluations, and insurance requirements.
  • Strong organization and follow-through with notes, tasks, and follow-ups
  • Comfortable handling parent calls and outbound follow-up independently

This isn’t your typical front desk role — you’ll be working hand-in-hand with our sales lead and managing intake from social media opt-ins, calls, and referrals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, catches on quickly, and isn’t afraid to follow up, ask questions, and close the loop. You’ll be the first impression families get — and we need someone who can confidently guide them through the intake process with empathy, speed, and accuracy.


  • 3 years ABA office experience is a MUST HAVE
  • Must have at least one year of Leadership Experience

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming intakes from social media opt-ins, inquiries, and call-ins
  • Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads and keep the pipeline flowing
  • Guide families through the intake process with care and professionalism
  • Collect and verify essential documentation and insurance info
  • Coordinate with clinical and admin teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in our CRM/EMR systems
