What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported
  • Manage the patient intake process, including completion of electronic or paper forms and accurate data entry
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams
  • Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
  • Monitor patient wait times and partner with the General Manager to ensure a seamless experience
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain and update the Center's calendar to optimize operational efficiency
  • Order and organize patient materials as needed
  • Scan and upload documents into patient records
  • Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the Center's success
