What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new patient inquiries generated through referrals, marketing campaigns, website activity, and outreach efforts.
  • Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls to educate prospective patients, answer questions, and schedule new patient appointments.
  • Use consultative communication to understand patient needs and connect them with the appropriate CoreLife services.
  • Maintain, track, and update leads in CRM systems to support timely follow-up and patient conversion.
  • Re-engage inactive or unresponsive prospects through calls, emails, and outreach campaigns.
  • Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, coverage, authorizations, and referrals.
  • Educate patients on program expectations with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.
  • Ensure accurate demographic, contact, referral, and insurance information is entered into the appropriate systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing, corporate, and clinic teams to improve lead conversion, patient enrollment, and workflow processes.
  • Participate in coaching, call reviews, training, and ongoing skill development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, call center, patient intake, patient scheduling, healthcare enrollment, or phone-based customer service roles.
  • Experience with insurance verification, healthcare benefits, referrals, or prior authorizations.
  • Experience using CRM systems, electronic health records, or patient scheduling platforms.
  • Prior healthcare, medical office, or patient access experience.
