The Austin Public School District is seeking to hire Secretary substitutes.
APS is a world-class public school system located in Austin, MN. We employ over 800 full- and part-time employees and serve over 5000 students from diverse backgrounds.
This is on call, as needed in the absence of the building secretary. Applications will be accepted throughout the year, and assignment lengths will vary. The substitute Secretaries provide assistance within the school setting.
Position Detail:
  • Monitor main entrance, assist and provide directions to visitors.
  • Answer phone lines.
  • Organize and document infomration in accordance with establised procedures within the school setting.

Training & Experience:
Position requires a high school diploma and secretarial experience.
Salary: $16.50 per hour
