Job description

Position Summary:
The Senior HRIS Analyst (Compensation) serves as the functional systems lead for our Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module strategy. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle features including workflows, fast formulas, and merit/bonus configurations. Working with our Total Rewards team, you'll optimize our existing processes while driving strategic enhancements to support our business.

 
As the Senior Analyst you'll lead all module enhancements and configuration projects. Your expertise will be critical in translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions that maintain data integrity across our integrated systems. Through partnership with HR, Compensation, IT and Penske Leadership, you'll drive continuous improvements to our rewards programs while adhering to regulatory standards. This role combines deep Oracle HCM system proficiency with high-level HR compensation strategy execution.

 
Major Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end configuration of Oracle HCM Compensation modules
Assist in annual compensation cycle system preparations
Maintain complex Fast Formulas to support compensation processesAssist in the Design reports and dashboards
Maintain data integrity of compensation data and key related set ups
Analyze system performance during compensation cycles
Oversee acceptance testing for Oracle updates
Support HR training programs for compensation tools
Maintain HCM configuration documentation and technical process documentation repository
Translate Total Rewards strategy into HCM system requirements
Participate in HR technology roadmap planning
Recommend system enhancements for regulatory compliance
Manage Oracle support cases for escalated compensation incidents
Coordinate with IT and Managed services on compensation projects and testing
Troubleshoot SaaS issues
Identify automation opportunities
Monitor compensation data integrity through cycle
Other projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, MIS, or Business). Equivalent Oracle HCM experience accepted
6+ years HRIS experience with minimum 4 years in Oracle Compensation
Oracle Human Resources Cloud Certification Preferred
In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation plan setup and Fast Formulas
Compensation data structure expertise
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros)
OTBI reporting experience preferred
Proven project management capabilities with HR technology implementations
Strong analytical abilities and technical documentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Excellent customer service skills
Effective oral and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical formats
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
