Data Integrity & Reporting

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all HR data across systems.

Develop and maintain HR dashboards, standard and ad-hoc reports, and workforce analytics using HRIS reporting tools.

Conduct regular audits of HR data and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

Support compliance reporting (EEO-1, VETS-4212, ACA, etc.) and audit requests.

Project Management & Implementation

Lead HRIS implementation and enhancement projects from requirements gathering through go-live, including vendor management and stakeholder communication.

Manage project timelines, testing cycles (UAT), and change management activities.

Evaluate and recommend new HR technology solutions to improve efficiency and employee experience.

User Support & Training

Provide support to HR team members and employees on HRIS-related issues.

Develop and deliver training programs for system end-users at all levels of the organization.

Partner with the HR team to drive adoption of self-service tools and digital HR processes.

Excellent project management skills; PMP or similar certification a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
