Job description

We are looking for an HR Administrator to support both human resources operations and HR systems administration for a services organization in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position is well suited for an early-career candidate who enjoys combining data accuracy, reporting, and employee support in a fast-paced environment. The role will contribute to daily HR coordination, maintain reliable workforce information, and help foster a positive employee experience through operational and engagement initiatives.


Responsibilities:

• Manage the organization’s HRIS environment, with a strong emphasis on maintaining accurate setup, updates, and ongoing system administration.

• Prepare recurring and on-demand workforce reports, translating HR data into clear information that supports business and leadership needs.

• Monitor employee records for completeness and consistency, resolving discrepancies to preserve data quality across HR systems.

• Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding coordination, document handling, and records maintenance.

• Assist with core HR activities and respond to routine requests from employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.

• Contribute to employee engagement efforts by helping organize culture-focused programs and internal HR initiatives.

• Work closely with HR leadership to address day-to-day operational priorities and improve service delivery across the department.

• Review current HR workflows and recommend practical enhancements that increase efficiency and strengthen administrative processes.

• 2–4 years of experience in human resources, HRIS support, or a combination of both.

• Practical experience with Paycom is strongly preferred.

• Working knowledge of HRIS administration, reporting tools, and employee data management practices.

• Ability to handle confidential personnel information with discretion and professionalism.

• Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.

• Comfortable balancing technical system responsibilities with general HR coordination and administrative support.
