About Role
This is a multi-functional role combining HR operations, basic accounting (QuickBooks), and sales support. You will play a critical role in managing day-to-day business operations while supporting leadership in scaling the company.
Role: Business Operations Executive
Location: South Plainfield, NJ (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
HR & Administrative Operations
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records
- Support recruitment and interview coordination
- Maintain HR compliance and records
- Assist with payroll coordination
Accounting & QuickBooks
- Handle invoices, expenses, and vendor payments
- Work with QuickBooks for accounting tasks
- Print checks and manage payable/receivable follow-ups
- Coordinate with CPA
Sales Support & Cold Calling
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation
- Follow up with prospects via phone/email
- Schedule meetings and demos
- Maintain CRM data
Required Skills
- 25 years experience in HR, accounting, or operations
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with cold calling
