Overview
The Mission Integration Administrative Lead provides senior-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to Mission Integration leadership within a United States Space Force (USSF) organization. The selected candidate will serve as the primary coordinator for executive administrative functions, task management, meeting synchronization, travel coordination, and organizational communications while ensuring timely execution of mission priorities and leadership directives.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead administrative professional supporting Mission Integration leadership and staff.
  • Manage, track, and coordinate organizational actions utilizing TMT and ETMS, ensuring timely responses and closure of taskers.
  • Monitor task status, suspense dates, and action officer inputs; provide regular status updates and executive-level reports.
  • Coordinate leadership calendars, meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain correspondence, reports, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and executive communications.
  • Coordinate and process official travel arrangements through DTS, including authorizations, vouchers, and travel reconciliation.
  • Develop and maintain tracking systems, dashboards, and metrics to support organizational performance and leadership decision-making.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications across government, military, and contractor organizations.
  • Support staff synchronization efforts, meeting preparation, agenda development, and action item tracking.
  • Maintain organizational records, files, and administrative documentation in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Provide recommendations to improve administrative processes, workflow efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support special projects, inspections, audits, and data calls as required.

Skills Required
  • The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience supporting senior military, civilian, and contractor leadership within the Department of Defense (DoD), with demonstrated expertise in USSF operations, Task Management Tool (TMT)/Enterprise Task Management Software (ETMS), Defense Travel System (DTS), and Microsoft Office applications.
  • This position supports critical Mission Integration activities and requires a highly organized professional capable of enabling leadership effectiveness, improving administrative efficiency, and ensuring successful execution of organizational priorities.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of administrative, executive support, staff support, or mission support experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Department of Defense, United States Air Force, or United States Space Force organizations.
  • Experience utilizing TMT and/or ETMS for task management and executive action tracking.
  • Experience processing travel through the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience coordinating actions among multiple stakeholders while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance.

  • Experience supporting senior military officers (O-6 and above), GS-15, SES, or equivalent leadership.
  • Experience developing executive dashboards, metrics, and organizational performance reports.
  • Familiarity with DoD correspondence standards, records management, and administrative policies.
  • Experience utilizing collaboration and knowledge management platforms such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Salary Range: $70,000 -$90,000/Year DOE
