We are looking for an Operations & Executive Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting company operations, team engagement, and executive leadership. This individual will coordinate facilities and logistics, ensure compliance with training requirements, support onboarding and offboarding processes, assist with executive administration, and help execute special projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. 

Responsibilitiesโ€ฏ 

Office & Facilities Management 

  • Maintain and manage the physical office environment, including security system oversight and coordination with facility vendors 
  • Ensure readiness and cleanliness of shared spaces; oversee set-up and clean-up for team lunches, on-site meetings, and team events 
  • Act as the coordinator for building management and service providers including insurance 
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintain inventory and reordering of office supplies 
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving, including incoming/outgoing packages and customer product shipments 
  • Order office supplies for the company 

Shipping and Marketing Support

  • Logistics Management: Coordinate shipping requirements for company events, tradeshows, and product demonstrations.
  • Marketing Fulfillment: Facilitate the development and production of marketing assets, including technical documentation, signage, and corporate collateral.

Employee Lifecycle Support 

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires and support offboarding 
  • Support the implementation of company-wide policies and proceduresโ€ฏ 
  • Order company swag
  • Foster community and the company culture through team eventsโ€ฏ 
  • Own and run All Hands and company-wide meetings 
  • Maintain and track company-required annual trainings, including security, IT, and compliance-related topics 

Executive Assistance 

  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership (scheduling, travel, expense reports) 
  • Prepare agendas, reports, and documentation for meetings 
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Must be based in Denver, COโ€ฏ

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Cash compensation is targeted at $60,000-$80,000
