The Goddard School located at: 21805 E. Quincy Ave. Aurora, CO 80018 is looking for a motivated, self-starter for an Operations Coordinator position at our School! The Operations Coordinator will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the school, ensuring the highest standards of education and care. This role involves managing all inventory of supplies, event planning, working in classrooms, maintaining compliance with licensing requirements and fostering positive relationships with families and the community.

Operations Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the School: answering phones, greeting families, opening/closing school, inventory management, expense tracking
  • Assist in classrooms, as needed
  • Curriculum and Program Development: Assist in the implementation of our proprietary Wonder of Learning® program*, designed to spark curiosity, support individual growth and inspire a lifelong love of learning
  • Event Planning and Family and Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with families
  • Health and Safety: Conduct regular quality assurance inspections, safety drills, maintain emergency preparedness and licensing regulations to ensure a secure environment
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education
  • Strong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices, team leadership and classroom management
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine love for children and commitment to providing high-quality education
  • Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements
