Job description

Atlas is a nationwide leader in civil engineering, materials testing and geotechnical consulting services for environmental, industrial and infrastructure construction projects. Headquartered in Denver, CO, Atlas currently has over 3,500 employees with offices throughout the US, including Alaska & Hawaii. It's no accident that Atlas creates a better experience for infrastructure and environmental projects. It's how we are built - with the best people in the industry, with the reach and expertise to help at any and every step of the project, and with a heart-led approach that puts quality and safety at the center of everything we do. We're just built to be better. We are a great company.
This position is based in our Denver Tech Center office and requires daily in-office presence, with flexibility for work from home as needed.
Job Description
As an Executive Operations Partner, you'll help our executive team move priorities from idea to execution. This role goes well beyond calendar management-you'll be a true force multiplier who brings structure to ambiguity, turns complex inputs into clear executive-ready materials, coordinates stakeholders across the business, and ensures follow-through on strategic initiatives.
You'll have visibility into executive decision-making and will be trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion, urgency, and sound judgment. Your work will directly support how Atlas leads-so our teams can deliver safe, high-quality work that makes a real difference in the communities we serve.
Core Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution for quarterly Board of Directors meetings, including agenda, deck development, timelines, pre-reads, and action-item follow-through
  • Run the Executive Leadership Team operating rhythm (monthly meetings), including agenda development, clear decision summaries, and action tracking to keep priorities moving
  • Build executive-ready materials (decks, briefs, pre-reads, talking points) by synthesizing inputs into concise, compelling narratives
  • Maintain and improve executive operating systems (trackers, dashboards, SharePoint organization) to drive accountability, visibility, and momentum
  • Partner cross-functionally (HR, Finance, Legal, Operations, Marcom) to coordinate updates, validate information, manage deadlines, and remove blockers
  • Support enterprise culture and people insights (engagement feedback themes, communications cadence, workforce analytics, and corporate safety reporting visibility)
You'll Thrive Here If You Have
  • 5+ years of experience in executive support, operations, program/project coordination, or a similar role supporting senior leaders
  • Strong project management instincts: you can prioritize competing deadlines, surface risks early, and drive follow-through without being asked
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a track record of building polished, executive-level materials independently
  • Excellent writing and communication skills-you can turn messy, fragmented inputs into clear summaries and decisions people can act on
  • High discretion and sound judgment when working with confidential, time-sensitive, or ambiguous situations
  • Experience in a matrixed environment (professional services, engineering, construction, or similar) is helpful but not required
