Regional Director / Executive Operations Leader

Little Learner Childrens Academy


Little Learner Childrens Academy is growing and looking for a high-level Regional Director / Executive Operations Leader to help lead and support multiple childcare schools.


This is not just a childcare management role.


We are looking for a strong leader and operator who can:

  • Build systems
  • Mentor directors
  • Strengthen culture
  • Improve accountability
  • Drive enrollment and retention
  • Support operational excellence across all locations


The ideal candidate is confident, organized, emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and capable of leading multiple teams while maintaining strong relationships with staff and families.


What Youll Do

  • Support and mentor Directors and Assistant Directors
  • Help schools maintain strong licensing compliance and operational consistency
  • Improve staff retention, culture, and leadership development
  • Support enrollment growth and family engagement
  • Conduct school visits, audits, coaching, and operational reviews
  • Partner closely with ownership and leadership teams
  • Create systems and accountability structures that improve performance
  • Help schools operate as nurturing, safe, high-quality environments for children and families


What Were Looking For

  • Multi-site childcare leadership experience preferred
  • Strong operational and organizational skills
  • Experience leading teams and developing leaders
  • Knowledge of licensing and childcare operations
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and leads with professionalism
  • Experience with Procare or similar childcare systems preferred
