The Executive Assistant to the President of Licensing & Entertainment serves as a trusted strategic partner, enabling executive effectiveness across a dynamic global business. This role goes well beyond calendar management, requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

The Executive Assistant will manage executive operations, coordinate cross-functional priorities, facilitate communication with senior leadership and external partners, and ensure seamless execution of business activities. Success in this role requires outstanding relationship management, attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach to solving problems before they arise.

Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be on-site Tuesday-Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday-Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro's temporary location in Boston, MA.

A Day in The Life as an Executive Assistant:

  • Manage a complex and constantly evolving executive calendar across multiple time zones.
  • Prioritize meetings based on strategic importance and business impact.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and contingency planning.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, meeting notes, and follow-up action items.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive business information with the highest level of discretion.

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify solutions.
  • Track key initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on commitments.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, executive communications, and board-level materials.
  • Manage competing priorities while maintaining flexibility as business needs evolve.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across internal teams and external partners.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partner closely with leaders across Licensing, Entertainment, Franchise, Digital Licensing, Toy & Game, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Global

Business Development

  • Coordinate leadership meetings, off-sites, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Facilitate communication among executive leadership teams and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across multiple initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings with licensors, licensees, entertainment partners, agencies, retailers, and other senior executives.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage expense reporting, purchase requests, and administrative processes.
  • Organize digital files and maintain efficient record-keeping systems.
  • Continuously improve administrative processes and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
  • Support special projects and executive initiatives as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years supporting C-suite or senior executives in a complex corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience coordinating international travel and managing global calendars.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage highly confidential information.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration platforms including Teams and AI platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and prioritization.
  • Experience supporting executives within consumer products, entertainment, licensing, media, or retail industries.
  • Experience working with international teams and external business partners.

Pay Range

$28.70 - $43 USD
