Job description

The Five Guys' Regional Operations Leader (ROL) will be a strategic partner, responsible for the overall operational success of a group of restaurants in an assigned geographical region. This role utilizes strong leadership, financial management, and a deep understanding of restaurant operations to: drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain operational excellence across all locations. This position will be responsible for establishing and achieving outstanding brand standards in all stores within an area while developing, coaching and mentoring general managers to achieve targeted goals.
