DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR REGIONAL OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

In this Regional Operations Supervisor role, you coordinate the moving parts that define project success. You'll organize field teams, align schedules across structural steel and roofing divisions, and serve as the communication bridge between general contractors and internal crews. Each day, you'll manage RFIs, track progress, and ensure execution aligns with project plans. When field challenges arise, you respond with efficient solutions that keep operations on track. You'll also maintain safety compliance, oversee equipment readiness, and ensure all milestones are met, including progress toward payment applications, making you an essential force behind every successful project.


REGIONAL OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR: YOUR SCHEDULE

This full-time management position operates Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility within business hours. The position includes on-call expectations, overtime availability, and frequent nationwide travel (up to 10 months annually), with a reporting base in Murfreesboro, TN.
