Executive Operations Administrator (Minnesota-Based | Hybrid)
Are you the person who runs everything behind the scenes - and does it so well no one notices?
We're excited to partner with our client in the search for a proactive, detail-driven Executive Operations Administrator who will collaborate closely with the Founder and help drive the day-to-day operations that keep the business running smoothly.
This is not a "wait for direction" role. This is for someone who operates one step ahead - someone who instinctively organizes, prioritizes, and executes without being asked.
What You'll Own
• Executive calendar, inbox, and priorities - ensuring nothing slips
• Accounts receivable follow-up and weekly reporting
• Seamless onboarding experiences for every new hire
• System access, provisioning, core process and administrative infrastructure
• Marketing coordination and general business operations support
• Leverage AI and automation to proactively streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve operational execution across the organization
You will be the person who ensures everything runs cleanly, professionally, and on time.
