Job description

We are looking for an organized Office Manager to support daily administrative operations for a non-profit organization. This Long-term Contract position calls for someone who can keep the office running efficiently, provide front-desk support, and help maintain smooth coordination across routine business functions. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a service-minded approach, and the ability to manage office resources and financial administrative tasks with consistency.
Responsibilities:

โ€ข Manage the purchasing process for office materials and coordinate timely replenishment of essential supplies.
โ€ข Track inventory levels and maintain adequate stock of office resources to support uninterrupted operations.
