JW Nutritional LLC Corporate Office - Allen, TX 75013

Position Summary

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional front office environment, and supporting administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.

Reports To: Chief of Staff

Essential Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional first impression.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls with professionalism and excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer, vendor, and employee inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Receive and manage purchase orders (POs), including tracking estimated ship dates and obtaining shipment tracking information.
  • Schedule shipments as needed and coordinate with internal departments and carriers.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and reorder supplies as necessary.
  • Log, organize, and file product samples accurately.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, scanning, and document management.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Assist with additional administrative projects and office support duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to work in both an office and manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move office supplies or packages.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions such as typing, filing, and handling documents.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional telephone etiquette with the ability to handle multiple incoming calls efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
