  • Preferred Level of Education: Master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS), Information Management, or a related field from an ALA-accredited program preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in digital librarianship, digital asset management, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in digital library systems, content management systems (CMS), and metadata standards (e.g., Dublin Core, MARC). Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager preferred.
  • Top Three Skillsets needed: Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Library and Information Studies, Computer Science, Communications, Digital Humanities, or Information Technology.
- Master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS), Information Management, or a related field from an ALA-accredited program preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital librarianship or a related field, with significant experience in content strategy.
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is strongly preferred.

2. Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute content strategies to enhance user engagement and accessibility of digital collections.
- Work with stakeholders to identify content needs and create plans to meet those needs.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven decisions to improve strategy.
3. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Administration:
- Manage the AEM platform, including user access, permissions, and troubleshooting.
- Design and implement workflows within AEM to streamline content management and publishing processes.
- Stay updated on AEM functionalities and best practices to maximize platform efficiency.
4. Content Management:
- Coordinate the acquisition, digitization, and preservation of digital resources.

5. Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with IT, marketing, and other departments to support digital initiatives and projects.
