 Job Summary and Qualifications

The Paid Media Analyst will support the enterprise paid media team by analyzing campaign performance, developing actionable insights, and implementing advanced optimization strategies across all paid media campaigns. This role will act as a key resource for campaign performance reporting, attribution analysis, MMM, and testing strategies that improve MROI across the enterprise’s paid media investments.

As part of a dynamic team of channel experts, the paid media analyst will partner with internal stakeholders and external agency teams to ensure paid media initiatives are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with organizational marketing objectives while synthesizing data into actional insights.

 What you will do in this role:

  • Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on paid media campaign performance across all channels, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Optimization Support: Collaborate with AOR, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Integrated Marketing managers to identify optimization opportunities (e.g., audience segmentation, creative testing, bid strategies).
  • Media Mix Modeling (MMM): Support the enterprise rollout of media mix modeling capabilities, including use case development, execution, validation, and the potential roadmap to insourcing
  • Attribution & Measurement: Support development and refinement of measurement frameworks, including multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, and conversion tracking, to ensure accurate assessment of business impact driving by paid & non-paid marketing strategy.
  • Reporting Dashboards: Work with marketing analytics to define requirements for marketing dashboards and regular reports for M&CA leadership and business stakeholders using tools such as Celebrus, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Test & Learn Initiatives: Design and coordinate A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks across paid media channels to validate strategies and scale successful tactics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal COEs (Analytics, CRM, Web, Digital Engagement, Brand) to ensure seamless integration of paid media insights into broader marketing efforts.
  • Compliance & Data Governance: Ensure reporting processes adhere to privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA) and internal data governance standards

 What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or media optimization.
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels (search, social, programmatic) and key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI).
  • Experience with tag management systems and tracking technologies (Google Tag Manager, pixels, floodlights).
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a matrixed environment.

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting media performance in healthcare or highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and advanced analytics concepts.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data privacy laws impacting digital marketing.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, or similar analytics tools.
