About the Role:
We are continuously building a pipeline of strong Client Success talent to support our growing client base. In this opportunity, you will develop and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and internal advocate. You'll ensure clients gain maximum value from Comscore data, products, and services-driving client satisfaction, product usage, and long-term retention. This posting represents ongoing hiring for growth client success talent across our Commercial organization.
What You'll Do
  • Build strong, productive relationships with clients, ensuring goals and needs are clearly communicated across internal teams.
  • Serve as the client's day-to-day contact, driving product usage, satisfaction, and proactive communication.
  • Identify opportunities for expanded adoption of Comscore solutions and collaborate with Sales to support cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Understand each client's business and recommend product or service enhancements to meet evolving needs.
  • Coordinate with Product, Sales, and other teams on initiatives tied to client success and regional/commercial priorities.

What You'll Need
  • 1-4+ years of account management, client success, analytics, or digital media experience (depending on level).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with audience measurement, digital media, advertising, or analytics (helpful but not required for junior levels).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00; Commensurate with Experience
