JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX News Media has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Ad Sales Brand Marketing. In this role, you will lead the execution of trade-facing go-to-market messaging, materials, and demand generation efforts across FOX News Media (FOX News, FOX Business, FOX Weather and more).
Working closely with the Senior Director, you will bridge the gap between strategy and day-to-day execution, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Research, Partnerships, and more to synthesize complex audience insights into compelling market stories, manage project workflows, and execute high-impact trade campaigns across linear, digital, streaming, and emerging platforms.
The Senior Manager, Ad Sales Brand Marketing will report to the Senior Director of Ad Sales Brand Marketing and manage a Senior Coordinator.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Go-To-Market Strategy & Messaging:
    • Collaborate across various internal teams (sales, marketing, branded content, editorial, production, distribution, and research) to seamlessly execute impactful marketing materials, articulating FOX News Media's unique value proposition (including presentations, media kits, sizzle reels, one-sheets, eblasts, and mailers)
    • Serve as a primary team liaison for Research, translating syndicated/custom data (Nielsen, Comscore, etc.) and quantitative audience insights into clear, compelling sales stories for national sales meetings, go-to-market materials, and high-value RFPs
    • Support go-to-market frameworks for new program launches, product initiatives, and digital/streaming expansions, bringing familiarity with creator spaces, CTV, video podcasts, and emerging ad formats into everyday sales materials
    • Update and maintain project management software to track brand marketing projects;
      coordinate communication plans and timelines effectively
    • Structure and maintain an organized, cloud-based library of sales materials, ensuring show graphics, key art, research decks, and talent bios are current and accessible
    • Oversee operational support as needed, including budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor communications
  • Trade Marketing & Client Experience:
    • Support Portfolio-level priorities and requests including top-to-tops, cross-vertical presentations, design template integrations, assets for industry-facing trade events such as CES, Cannes, etc.
    • Maintain FNM's annual trade marketing calendar-coordinating digital marketing, eblasts, social content, and B2B media campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels to drive year-round marketplace demand
    • Partner closely with internal Events team to bring client experiences, trade shows, and industry conference integrations to life-owning messaging alignment and brand assets
    • Curate content and manage the end-to-end process for the FOX Portfolio Trade website (FoxAdSolutions.com), keeping FNM program pages, research highlights, and materials aligned with current positioning and research
  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Own project management to track workflow, prioritize incoming requests, and maintain clear communication timelines with sales and executive stakeholders
    • Provide day-to-day guidance, task prioritization, and mentorship to the Senior Coordinator, Ad Sales Brand Marketing

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Experience at an agency, media company, or sales organization with a proven background in presentation, creative, and promotional collateral development
  • Deep experience across TV, digital, streaming, and events, paired with a genuine interest in news, business, and lifestyle marketing
  • Understanding of the modern digital TV ecosystem, streaming strategies, programmatic, and OTT/CTV ad formats
  • Proven track record working with research tools (Nielsen, Comscore, Ipsos, etc.) and an ability to analyze raw quantitative data to pull out meaningful audience stories
  • Exceptional written, oral, proofreading, and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Deep knowledge of media buying, planning functions, and modern ad formats-programming, talent, and media relations workflow familiarity a plus
  • Understanding of the creative development process
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), experience with project management tools, and hands-on familiarity using current AI tools to optimize workflows
  • Willingness to travel and jump into action on weekends when short-notice opportunities arise

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $92,000.00-122,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
