  • Execute distribution and sales strategy across Sony releases to maximize location count, playability, run length, and box office performance.

  • Negotiate playdates, terms, holdovers, show schedules, and other exhibition commitments in alignment with divisional goals.

  • Drive opening week objectives, including location counts, multiple prints, premium large format placement, and compliance with minimum show schedule and playtime requirements.

  • Oversee weekly holdover strategy and ongoing booking activities to optimize performance and retention throughout each title's theatrical lifecycle.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, buyers, and circuit leadership to support long-term account growth and title performance.

  • Monitor market conditions, account trends, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities.

  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, marketing, and other internal teams to support execution and resolve account issues.

  • Work with finance and exhibitors to address box office discrepancies, settlements, delinquencies, and other account-related matters.

  • Maintain accurate booking records, account updates, and territory reporting in all relevant systems.

  • Develop strong working knowledge of internal and industry systems, including DEX, Comscore, DICER, and other reporting tools.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in theatrical distribution, exhibition, account management, or related entertainment field preferred.

  • Passion for theatrical distribution and the evolving entertainment landscape.

  • Ability to negotiate effectively and apply sound judgment in account and release strategy decisions.

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Comscore, Excel, Word, and Outlook and related internet software
