Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Social Media Analyst to collect, integrate, and interpret social media data in order to deliver actionable insights to our clients. You will develop clear and effective dashboards and reports, helping brands understand their performance and guiding them to make informed strategic decisions.We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, a passion for storytelling through data, and the ability to translate numbers into meaningful recommendations.Responsibilities
  • Collect and integrate data from multiple social media platforms and sources (Excel, Google Sheets, CSVs, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Digimind, Pulsar, Netbase, Social Studio).
  • Interpret organic and paid social media metrics across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Stories, and Reels.
  • Translate metrics into insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations aligned with the defined social media strategy.
  • Prepare recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as well as campaign-specific reports (weekly and final).
  • Create and maintain analytics and social listening dashboards, as well as schedule and publish content through Sprinklr.
  • Identify insights using social listening tools by managing alerts, building queries, cleaning and categorizing mentions, and extracting meaningful conclusions.
  • Collaborate closely with the social media and strategy teams to support data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience using social media listening tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, audiences, and storytelling principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and large-volume data management).
  • Comfortable working with and interpreting large datasets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Curious and proactive mindset, always looking for new ways to improve reporting and analysis processes.
  • Interest in and enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence (AI), with a willingness to explore new AI-driven tools and applications that can enhance analytics, reporting, and social media performance.
