Job description

Overall Job Summary

The Sr Analyst, Retail Media Activation and Reporting is responsible for the day-to-day execution, launch readiness, pacing, optimization, and reporting of contracted Retail Media Network programs. This role will own execution excellence across onsite and offsite media channels, including Koddi onsite display, Sponsored Products, reservations, and offsite platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, and Pinterest).

This role serves as a key operator between Retail Media, Sales, Marketing, agency partners, platform partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure contracted briefs are launched accurately, campaigns pace appropriately, reporting tells a clear performance story, and execution aligns with advertiser commitments. The Sr Analyst will be expected to work directly in media platforms, manage campaign QA, identify delivery risks, troubleshoot performance issues, and translate campaign data into clear insights and recommendations.


 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
  • Own the hands-on setup, launch, QA, pacing, optimization, and maintenance of contracted Retail Media Network campaigns across onsite and offsite channels.
  • Execute onsite media programs in Koddi, including onsite display, Sponsored Products, and reservation-based placements.
  • Manage offsite campaign execution across Google Ads, Meta, and Pinterest, ensuring alignment to approved briefs, budgets, flight dates, targeting, creative, and measurement requirements.
  • Review contracted briefs and translate campaign requirements into accurate platform setup, including budgets, placements, products, audiences, tracking, and naming conventions.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance against contracted goals, including budget, impressions, clicks, revenue, ROAS, conversions, and other key KPIs.
  • Identify delivery risks, performance issues, launch blockers, and optimization opportunities; escalate with clear recommendations and next steps.
  • Pull, analyze, and summarize reporting from Koddi, Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and internal reporting tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics).
  • Develop clear reporting narratives that explain campaign performance, pacing, risks, optimizations, and recommended actions.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure RMN sub-accounts, permissions, audience access, tracking, product feeds, and platform integrations are set up and functioning properly.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Analytics, IT, Finance, agency partners, and platform vendors to improve execution accuracy, reporting quality, and operational workflows.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail media, paid media, digital advertising operations, performance marketing, ecommerce media, or agency media execution.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.  Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in paid media and other digital marketing tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
