We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for content creation, audience engagement, brand consistency, and performance analytics to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, trend-aware, and experienced in developing social media strategies that convert engagement into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Manage daily engagement, comments, messages, and community interaction

  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry developments

  • Design graphics and short-form video content (Reels, Stories, TikTok, etc.)

  • Collaborate with leadership to promote campaigns, events, and company updates

  • Track analytics and provide monthly performance reports

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
Requirements
  • 2+ years of social media management experience

  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging social media platforms

  • Experience in developing, executing and optimizing paid and organic social media campaigns
  • Experience running and monitoring social media ads 
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
